What we’ll do
Come hungry and ready to learn! During this interactive dining experience, I will show you how easy it is to make ramen noodles from scratch using my own personal recipe! Then, we’ll combine this with a delicious bowl of 9-hour Tonkotsu broth that was prepped earlier in the day (vegetarian upon request). We’ll gather for dinner to enjoy the fruits of our labor. I’ll serve pot stickers as appetizer and chocolate matcha cake as desert. BYOB your favorite beverages (sake, beer, or white wine).
